Hi C, these are the English instructions, I believe the bit in bold was missing:

Rnd 10: dc inc in next 3 st, dc in next st, hdc in next st, sc in next 3 st, slst in next 6 st, sc in next 3 st, hdc in next st, dc inc in next 4 st (29)

I don't have the French edition with me right now, but I'll check it once I'm back at the office, to see if we need to send an erratum to the French editor.
