I just started to crochet the head of Hattie and I don’t understand r 5 and r 6
r 4 end with 18 st and then r 5: 2 sc in 3th st, 16 sc (that means that I need 19 st in the previous round and I only have 18?)
are am I doing something wrong?

I believe you're referring to this part?
Rnd 4: (sc in next st, inc in next st) repeat 6 times [18]
Rnd 5: sc in next 2 st, inc in next st, sc in next 12 st, inc in next st, sc in next 2 st [20]
Rnd 6: sc in next st, inc in next st, sc in next 16 st, inc in next st, sc in next st [22]
You'll see that Rnd 5 has 2 increases. 18 + 2 makes 20 in total. I've marked the increases for you.
