-9mm safety eyes
-Black embroidery floss and embroidery needle
-Polyester fiberfill
-Stitch maker
-Yarn needle
-Scissors
-Cardboard

Stitches used: magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, back loops only, front loops only, fastening off in the invisible way
Measurement: 6 inches (15cm) tall by 5.5 inches (14cm) wide
