Suki the Lucky Cat

$ 2.50

US English pattern by Cara Engwerda.

Suki the Lucky Cat is a fun, ragdoll-style project. You will make the front and back pieces before single crocheting around to join and then sewing on the bell. The embroidery on Suki makes her unique and you can choose your own positive message to embroider on the coin.

Suki has her paw raised as if she is waving in good fortune for her owners. Known as Maneki Neko in Japanese, which means “beckoning cat”, Suki makes a great gift and is a perfect addition to Lunar New Year decorations.

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, back loops only
Measurement: 30 cm / 12" tall.
