- yarn: sport weight, cotton blend yarn (55% cotton – 45% acrylic) or any yarn you desire
- Fiberfill for stuffing
- hook: 2.0 mm or 2/0 or size suitable for yarn used
- tapestry needle, embroidery needle, pin needle
- scissors, stitch markers


Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back post, back loops only, front loops only, double crochet decrease, picot stitch, french knot, fastening off in the invisible way, surface slip stitch
Measurement: 8 cm/3.2” in diameter, 13 cm/5.2” tall (as pumpkin), and 10 cm/4” tall (when cat revealed)
