Jake the Mandrake plant

$ 4.00

US English pattern by Cosmos.crochet.qc. Includes step-by-step pictures.

A Mandrake is the root of the plant called Mandragora. The mandrakes have long green leaves and produce purple flowers. Because of its hallucinogenic properties and its humanoid-shaped roots, it has been associated with everything magical and rituals since 4 000 BC.
According to many legends, when a mandrake is dug up, its scream can kill anyone that can hear it, but it won't be the case with Jake as he is still a baby mandrake!
I really hope you enjoy making Jake the Mandrake as much as I had fun creating him!
