Ebony the sheep – Amigurumi lamb / sheep crochet pattern

The pattern is written in English and using US crochet terms.

The pattern is straight forward and easy to follow. There is lots of pictures in this pattern – lots of step by step images, especially on the special parts. There is also step by step pictures how to make bobble stitches and bobble decreases.

BUT you should not have any problems to do LOTS OF BOBBLE STITCHES!

You also need to know the basic crochet skill for amigurumi, especially how to work in rounds or spiral. Some examples of stitches; single crochet, bobble stitches, increases and decreases.

Materials required:
- Yarn – I used a cotton and acrylic blend DK weight yarn; Scheepjes Soft fun. I used 1,5 skeins of the white yarn. For the black/brown yarn I used half skein. For the nose detail it is enough with some leftover in any yarn type (thin preferably)
- Crochet hook 2.5 mm
- Fibrefill / toy stuffing
- Security eyes, 11 mm
- Stitch markers (x 4), scissor and embroidery needle

COLORS:
Brown/white sheep:
Yarn: Scheepjes Soft fun. Head, ears and legs: Cedar (2631). Head, body and tail: Lace (2426)

Black/white sheep:
Yarn: Scheepjes Soft fun. Head, ears and legs: Charcoal (2628). Head, body and tail: Lace (2426)

Size:
23 cm (9 in.) in height. (Note! When using 2.5 mm crochet hook and the yarn Scheepjes Soft fun.)

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, bobble stitch
Measurement: 23 cm (9 in.) in height.
