Doris is a rather shy sweet Dodo chick. Like all toddlers she is a little clumsy, funny and very cuddly. She may not be able to fly with her little wings but she definitely gives the best hugs!

This amigurumi is a nice cuddly toy size. When made with Dk yarn and 4.00mm hook she will measure around 32cm/12” tall and 23cm/9" wide across the body. The pattern is written in US crochet terms. There are step by step photos detailing how to make the pieces and sew together the toy.

You will need:

24mm colourful safety eyes

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, half double crochet decrease, crochet into a ring
