Embrace the beauty of flora and fauna with Callie the Toucan! This adorable toucan is the perfect project to welcome the flowering season, inspired by colorful tropical birds and the complexity of orchids.
Callie the Toucan is a revisited and improved version of the Orchid Toucan, now with simplified orchid flowers and worked with cotton yarn.

The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Callie the Toucan measures approx. 10cm (4in) in height when using the same yarn/tools as indicated below.

- Rosários 4 Regata, 100% cotton yarn, 100g / 275m, in Black (approx. 11g), White (approx. 4g), Yellow (approx. 8g), Pink (approx. 8g), Mint (approx. 8g), and Lilac (approx. 8g)
- 2.5mm and 2mm crochet hooks
- 8mm safety eyes
- Toy stuffing
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
