The bear is a quick make and the pattern includes instructions to crochet a butterfly costume for it to wear!

Skill level: intermediate

Kuma is about 11 cm (4.3") tall when made with the indicated yarn. To make her you will need:
- 3 mm (D-3) crochet hook
- medium weight yarn in light brown and (left over) white for the bear, all from the same brand
- medium weight yarn in three other colors for the costume, from the same brand as the yarn for the bear
- pair of 6 mm safety eyes (for children under 3 years I recommend embroidered eyes!)
- fiber fill
- yarn needle
- stitch markers
- scissors
- pins
- optional: safety nose
