- 2 mm (B-1) crochet hook
- cotton yarn in two colors (color 1 for the bigger part of the body and color 2 for the details), both from the same brand
- pair of 6 mm safety eyes
- fiber fill
- yarn needle
- stitch markers
- scissors
- pins
- optional: fabric glue

The big Twiga is about 21.5 cm (8.5") tall when made with the indicated yarn. To make her you will need:
- 3 mm (D-3) crochet hook
- medium weight yarn in two colors (color 1 for the bigger part of the body and color 2 for the details), both from the same brand
- pair of 9 mm safety eyes
- fiber fill
- yarn needle
- stitch markers
- scissors
- pins
- optional: fabric glue
