Discovery the vibrant and sparkling world of seaside amigurumi with Justyna the Mermaid.
Justyna has always struggled with making decisions, whether it's choosing what to eat for breakfast or deciding what to wear for her day out. The idea of choosing a career path, was even more overwhelming, leaving her dizzy at the mere thought. She felt a bit lost, until she had a heart-to-heart with Genevieve, who made her realize that she didn’t have to choose, but could combine two dreams. Now Justyna is a ballerina dancer in the weekends, and a baker during the week, practicing her twirls and jumps as she waits for the buns to bake.

PATTERN DETAILS

- In English only using US crochet terminology;
- Pattern included instructions on making Justyna the Mermaid;
- PDF document of 12 pages with detailed instructions and 28 respectively images (no video);
- Note that this pattern example was created with the yarn under technique to create “V” stitches;
- Stitches used: magic ring, ch, sc, inc, dec, slst, hdc, dc, BLO/FLO;
- The finished Justyna is 8.5” / 24 cm tall when made with the indicated yarn;
- Level: intermediate.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

- Yarns Gazzal Jeans (58% cotton, 42% polyacrylic 170 m/50g) in off-white, skin color, turquoise, petrol blue, pink, yellow;
- Scraps of yarn in different colors for embroidery, including petrol blue, clear blue, pink and off-white (you may want to use embroidery thread);
- B-1 / 2 mm crochet hook;
- Sewing needle;
- Yarn needle;
- Pins;
- Stitch markers;
- Fiberfill for stuffing;
- Optional: approx. 7.5” / 20 cm; of wire or pipe cleaner for the arms.
