Woodie the Wolpertinger

$ 5.00

US English pattern by Sabrina Somers. Includes step-by-step pictures.

The Wolpertinger comes from the German folklore. It has the head of a rabbit, the body of a squirrel, the antlers of a deer and the wings of a pheasant.

As the only wolpertinger in the neighbourhood Woodie only has regular bunny friends.
Unlike his friends, Woodie doesn’t like to dig holes in the ground, because his antlers get in the way when he bends over.
Luckily they have many other shared interests, like running and jumping.
They also have a lot of fun when he takes his friends on his back to make a little flight through the air.

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet
Measurement: 12 cm
