ABOUT THE PATTERN:
This 3 in 1 crochet bundle includes 3 carefully designed crochet patterns with clear, step-by-step instructions for creating 3 flowers: crocus, daffodil and tulip, their leaves and pots. Suitable for beginner to intermediate crocheters.
These are standard, printable PDF files, available in ENGLISH language (US terms).
MATERIALS AND TOOLS NEEDED:
- Crochet hooks: 3.0 mm and 5.00 mm
- Yarns: “Scheepjes Cahlista” or other medium/worsted/aran weight yarn (for the flowers) and Braided Cord 3 mm, 100 % cotton (for the pot)
- Stitch marker
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Pen/marker
- Soft stuffing – to stuff the pot
- Plastic canva or a piece of a cardboard – to stiffen the bottom of the pot
- Hot glue gun – for assembly process
- Floral/craft wire – to stiffen the petals and leaves; 0.5 mm thickness, 40 cm length
- Floral stem wire – for the flower stem; 2.0 mm thickness, 40 cm length
- Diagonal cutting pliers or sharp scissors – to adjust and cut the floral wire length
- A piece of ribbon (optional) – to make a small bow on the front of the pot
FINISHED SIZE:
By following the instructions and using the recommended materials, you'll create:
- daffodil in a pot measuring 31 cm (12.2 inch) in height,
- tulip in a pot measuring 30 cm (11.8 inch) in height,
- crocus in a pot measuring 29 cm (11.5 inch) in height.
Size may vary depending on yarn and hook used, crochet tension and crochet technique.
