Fred the Frog
Fred is a crafty character and whenever he has a new idea, hell just go ahead with it, no matter what the other animals in the pond think of it.
His parents are travelling to the family pond for the spring meetings, but its a long way, so Fred doesnt really feel like going. Unless he can travel faster, by scooter for example!
