Oatly the Horse from Zoomigurumi 9
By adding 2 reins attached to the headbands near the mane - & tying them under the tail - I was able to raise his head when on all 4s.
To make reins - chain 30 in black.
Row 1 - start 2nd ch from hook and sc in 29 st Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.
