I believe you're referring to the BODY part?

Rnd 9: (yellow) sc in next st, (off-white) sc in next st, inc in next st, ((yellow) sc in next 5 st, (off-white) sc in next st, inc in next st) repeat 5 times, (yellow) sc in next 4 st [48]

When I calculate, I get this result:

1 + 1 + 2 + (5 + 1 + 2) x 5 + 4 =

4 + 40 + 4 = 48

I believe this round is correct.
