Work with both colors
For the "top knot" it says to work with both oranges but it doesn't say which one to start with and the tutorial for the loop stitch is in rows not rounds and it's the same for the body it's ridiculous.

As for the Top Knot, you work with both yarns held TOGETHER. So you don't choose either yarn to start with, but you hold them together and make all stitches holding both yarns.
