Hello, im a bit lost on row 1 for the ruffled sleeves. I chain 1, did the 7 sc up the left edge of bib. Chain 6. Am I leaving the chain 6 alone and doing a new one? In the picture of 12...it looks like I left the chains and started a new row in the marked 13 stitch.
