I've been trying for days now but I can't make sense of the instructions:

Rnd 11: skip 1 st, ch 2, dc + ch-3-picot + 2 dc in next st

I know how to do every single stitch but combining them as instructed doesn't give me the expected outcome.

Could anyone explain in detail how to do it?
