hi, i bought the book, but i'm a newbie and did not know it doesn't really show/explain in detail some of the steps😅

would anyone know of any links that explains or shows how to do some of the steps for this Astronomer, pls?

Like for the HAIR - ROW 17, what does "turn [22].. then Row 18, mean? Which stitch do i skip? The CH I did at the end of row 17? And then I do sc 55x going backwards?
