im an experienced amigurumi crocheter. I have followed this pattern exactly three times. The eyes do not line up. One eye looks good the other totally different. Are there any errors in the printed pattern in the book? Please help.

Hi Lynn! Thanks for checking in - there's no errors in the pattern. Did you work with x-single crochet instead of v-single crochet? That might cause an issue in color changes. You find the instructions at the front of the book. Feel free to post a picture of your result, that might help us find a solution for you.
I agree with Lynn’s comment on Lola’s eyes. They feel a bit uneven. When looking straight on, the left eye is more slanted/diagonal than the right eye. I am using a V single crochet.

I changed my stitches to the yarn under x single crochet . Still the eyes do not line up. One eye looks good the other does not match and is very slanted. I have tried to do this pattern six times and after many hours of frustration I have given up! I am disappointed . Thanks for your comments👍

I am also having an issue with the eyes and I think it should be not 8st on row 14 as the widening will be in my opinion on the wrong side of the one eye . I will consult a person better at math then me. Also I am a beginner so probably totally wrong
