Is there anyone else having trouble with row 21 of the shell? I don't k ow how to insert in two loops and then the leftover back loop from row 18. It's giving me some trouble.

You curve your shell a little up so the last round touches round 18. Then, insert your hook through the stitch of round 21, and immediately insert your hook in the matching back loop of round 18. Make your slip stitch and continue making slip stitches around.
