How to start on the belly? I don’t see how to get it seedless together

Someone who can explain me how to start on the belly from Lizzy? I don’t see how to decently start. My 35th stich is on a corner of a front paw? Is that correct? Do I need to use a needle to sew it in place? Many thanks for the advise!

Hi Tom,

The 35th stitch is indeed on the corner of a front leg, as you see in picture 1. There should be 7 stitches between two legs on the long side.

After your belly flap has been made in full (including the side flap you create with the additional 6 ch in Row 6), you indeed sew it in place with a sewing needle.

I hope this helps!
