So I am having issues figure out how to sew the belly together after crocheting the belly flap. I dont understand why there is only one side flap and not two and it just doesn't seem to be matching the legs right. Help?!?! Please?!?!?
Hi, it would be helpful if you could post a picture. The belly flap should be long enough to cover the belly, all the way to the other side.

I just started sewing the belly flap in the first leg as recommended and just went around and around until all gaps were completely sewn. I had to put extra stitches so the leg wouldn't be crooked.
