I'm doing the meerkat but feel something is wrong as I'm upto R28 and the bottom of his sweater hasn't form like the pictures but I've followed instructions as written ,have I missed something??  I did the BLO as stated for R21 for the very bottom of sweater "cuff" but can't see how to make the top of the bottom "cuff"
