Hi, is there a correction for the rounds 8 and 9 in fringe 3? The sum of stitches in round 8 is 8 (3sc+dec(2st)+3sc) while round 7 has 10 stitches. Same with the round 9, where total # st is 6 (2sc+dec(2st)+2sc) but previous round has 8. I hope I managed to explain what I mean...

Is it possible you misread round 8 and 9?
Rnd 7: sc in all 10 st [10]
Rnd 8: sc in next 3 st, dec, sc in next 3 st, dec [8]
As you'll see, in round 8 you decrease twice. You start with 10 stitches from round 7, and thus end with 8 stitches as you lose 2.
The same goes for round 9.
