Iara was born a long, long time ago in a delta, between the river and the sea. As children of both waters, she and her sisters were able to swim wherever they wanted. But instead of dedicating herself to singing like her sisters, Iara travelled all around the world, immersing herself into the thousands of languages and ways of communicating of all beings. The most important thing she learned is that all creatures share the desire to understand each other, and that this curiosity is a common thread of a much deeper language: empathy. Although she gave up singing a long time ago, she occasionally gets together with Angélica Whale and Vinicius Crab to sing a tune for fun.
