Rosendo, the Southern Screamer
$ 6.00
US English pattern by Amour Fou. Includes step-by-step pictures.
Meet Rosendo! He is a Southern Screamer (Chauna Torcuata). In South America he is known as a Chajá, a word that in Guaraní means "Let's Go!" or "Escape!". It comes from a deformation of the onomatopoeia of the cry that these birds make when they are surprised, to warn others of their species to flee from the presence of a possible predator. Google its cry! It's very funny!
