- The submarine is about 16 cm long, 8 cm wide, 8 cm tall (including the fins).

- 2.5 mm hook
- Cotton yarn in sport weight
- Fiberfill
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Safety pins
- Stitch markers or scraps of yarn for markers
- Black felt and glue (optional)
