Get ready to make your Saint Patrick’s Day all the more enjoyable with this adorable Crochet Saint Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Gnome!

He’d love to hang out with your Saint Patrick’s Day decor sitting on a shelf, keeping you company at your desk, or spreading cheer amongst friends.

Just for fun the pattern also includes two different-sized clovers. One clover is specific to the design, as seen stitched on the Leprechaun’s hat in the pictures. If desired, the other clover pattern is just a bit smaller and can also be used in the design.

MATERIALS NEEDED
yarn in your choice of colors (about 243-263 yds/222-240 m of worsted/aran), a size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook, stitch markers, tapestry needle, stuffing, pins, scissors, chopstick to help stuff,
pet slicker brush (optional – If brushing the beard)

Along with the stitches noted below, the pattern also uses looping yarn to make the beard.

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, triple crochet, bobble stitch, back ridge, fastening off in the invisible way
Measurement: Using hook size E/4 (3.5 mm) the Leprechaun Gnome measures approximately 10 inches (25 cm) from the tip of the toe to the top
