Darwin the Dog's favorite holiday is coming up and he’s more than prepared for the occasion. Darwin decided to wear all his favorite jolly accessories - a hat, a festive collar, and mismatched sock - to help you decorate the most beautiful Christmas tree. Isn’t he an adorable little helper?!

The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Darwin the Dog approx. 16cm (6.3in), when using the same yarn/tools as indicated below and working with the “x” single crochet technique (yarn under, yarn over).

- Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/4, 100% cotton yarn, 50g / 170m, in Light Brown (approx. 26g), Off-white (approx. 3g), Brown (approx. 8g), Pink (approx. 1g), Red (approx. 7g), Green (approx. 4g)
- Bernat Pipsqueak, 100% polyester yarn, 100g / 92m, in White (approx. 5g)
- 2.5mm crochet hook (for cotton yarn)
- 3.5mm crochet hook (for polyester yarn)
- 8mm safety eyes
- Toy stuffing
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- 6 gold craft bells

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, triple crochet
