Getting ready for Dia de los Muertos or Halloween?
You can make your own sugar skulls using this crochet pattern!

The pattern is written in English with US terminology. You’ll find step-by-step instructions with pictures to guide you through it.

Skill level: intermediate

The skulls are about 8 cm (3") tall (excl. the sombrero and roses). To make them you will need:
- 3,5 mm (E-4) crochet hook
- medium weight yarn in white, black, red, yellow, purple, orange and turquoise
- pair of 10 mm safety eyes (for children under 3 years old I recommend embroidering the eyes!)
- fiber fill
- stitch markers
- yarn needle
- pins
- scissors

- ch: chain
- sc: single crochet
- dc: double crochet
- hdc: half double crochet
