Meet Gouda, the goat who firmly believes he owns the house and simply allows me to live in it. With a sparkle greater than any diamond in his eye, you know you are suddenly in trouble. He is equal parts comedian, explorer, and snack enthusiast, turning the most ordinary day into an adventure.

It goes without saying, he is best for his creative ninja approach to nibbling right in front of you to deciding the best place for a nap is exactly where you're trying to stand.

This PDF includes the written instructions in US terms and step-by-step photos detailing how to make the pieces to finish your creation. When made with DK weight yarn (sample made in Stylecraft Special DK) and a 2.0mm hook, the finished ox will measure around 20cm/8" tall.

The project can be made using any weighted yarn, just adjust the hook size to match your choice.

You'll need to know how to:

• make a Magic Ring or a chain 2 equivalent
• work in a round
• single crochet
• increase/decrease
• half double crochet
• slip stitch
You will need the following materials:

Yarn: Stylecraft Special Dk - Acrylic - 100g/295m/323 yards
1 ball of each colour (you won't need full balls): Graphite (1063), Grey (1099), White (1001) and Black (1002)
10-12mm black safety eyes
Soft stuffing/ Fibrefill
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Dressmakers pins
Scissors
