I'm pretty certain that by popular opinion, the koala is Australia's national mascot ;) According to science, they are the most adorable animal on the planet (just ask my toddler!) These amazing marsupials need approximately 100 eucalyptus trees to every koala in the wild. So it only made sense when designing this cutie, that I would need to also make him a gum tree home!

ABOUT THE PATTERN:

This crochet pattern features Mr Sleepy Koala and his Gum Tree home. The pattern is in PDF format and 15 pages long. It includes detailed instructions and lots of coloured photos to help you along the way.

Available in English Only. The Pattern is written in US Crochet Terminology.

DIFFICULTY:

Intermediate - mostly includes basic stitches, as well as some intermediate/advanced stitches for shaping.

DIMENSIONS:

This little koala measures approx 8cm wide and 10cm tall. The gum tree measures 15cm tall and wide. However, this may vary depending on your yarn, hook and/or tension.

- Thick cardboard for tree base
- Heavy stone for tree base
- Tapestry Needle

- Polyfill stuffing

Measurement: The Koala measures 8 cm / 3.2 in wide and 10 cm / 4 in tall. The tree measures 15 cm / 6 in tall and wide.
