It's a beautiful day at the farmer's market, with vendors showing off their best fruits and vegetables. Pascal the Pig is best known for his giant vegetables. All year long he makes sure his pumpkins receive the best care, so he can enter them into the annual contest. And guess what? He just won first place!

The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Pascal the Pig approx. 14cm (5.5in), when using the same yarn/tools as indicated below and working with the “x” single crochet technique (yarn under, yarn over).

- Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/4, 100% cotton yarn, 50g / 160m, in Light Pink (approx. 18g), Beige (approx. 2g), Pink (approx. 2g), Red (approx. 4g), Off-white (approx. 3g), Blue (approx. 7g), Rust (approx. 11g), and Green (approx. 2g)
- 2.5mm crochet hook
- 8mm safety eyes
- Toy stuffing
- Yarn needle
- Scissors

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, starting an oval piece with a foundation chain, Jacquard
