Ernest the Seagull is a proud resident of the coastline. He simply adores flying over the water and the tiny islands, catching the strongest air currents and endlessly chattering away with everyone he meets. He's heard so many travel stories over the years, he could fill an entire book with them. He'll often swoop by the café after a long flight, to enjoy his favorite cappuccino with caramel cream and fishy marshmallows.
