Beryl the Bunny

$ 3.37 $ 2.69

US English pattern by Little Green Bear. Includes step-by-step pictures.

I've made Beryl the Bunny using a super chunky #6 weight plush yarn. This is ideal for a big soft and huggable toy and is a pretty quick make. You can buy a pom pom for the tail or make your own using a non-plush yarn - instructions included.

The 12 page pattern is intermediate skill level and uses US terminology. It is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures for step by step making and assembly. There are also picture instructions for colour change, back loop only and making your own pom pom for the tail.

Recommended Materials:
- Yarn: I have made Beryl using Hobbii Toucan (super chunky weight plush yarn) - yarn amounts and colour details in pattern
- Hook: 5mm (H) crochet hook
- Stuffing: I use polyester filling
- Safety eyes: I have used 15mm plastic safety eyes, but you can embroider the eyes on if you prefer
- Large yarn needle
- Pins
- (A stitch marker and row counter are useful)
- A non-plush yarn is needed if you're making your own pom pom for the tail

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, back loops only
Measurement: She sits just under 10 inches tall (if using same yarn/hook as me).
