Shane the Shark

$ 3.37

US English pattern by Little Green Bear. Includes step-by-step pictures.

Shane, the cheeky little shark, likes to hunt first thing in the morning; he’ll then spend the afternoon re-growing the teeth he lost until he’s back up to 300.

The 11 page pattern is intermediate skill level and uses US terminology. It is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures for step by step making and assembly. There are also picture instructions for invisible finish.

Recommended Materials:
- Yarn: I have made Shane using Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran (Aran/worsted weight yarn) - yarn amounts and colour details in pattern
- Hook: 3.5mm (E) crochet hook
- Stuffing: I use polyester filling
- Safety eyes: I have used 12mm plastic safety eyes, but you can embroider the eyes on if you prefer
- Yarn needle
- Pins
- (A stitch marker and row counter are useful)

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease
Measurement: He is 14 inches long (if using same yarn/hook as me).
