Sally the snail caddy might not be the fastest, but she gets there in the end - with all the kit you need for crafting.

The 9 page pattern is intermediate skill level and uses US terminology. It is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures for step by step making and assembly. There are also picture instructions for colour change, back loop only and front post stitch.

Recommended Materials:
- Yarn: I have made Sally using Scheepjes Softfun & Softfun Aquarel (DK weight yarn) - yarn amounts and colour details in pattern
- Hook: 3mm and 4mm crochet hook
- Stuffing: I use polyester filling
- Safety eyes: I have used 12mm plastic safety eyes, but you can embroider the eyes on if you prefer
- Yarn needle
- Pins
- (A stitch marker and row counter are useful)
- A small glass or plastic beaker

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, back loops only, front post
Measurement: She is 8 inches tall (if using same yarn/hook as me).
